00 / hr DOEESSENTIAL DUTIES Uphold, promote and support the Snowsports School vision of fostering a community of passionate skiers and riders Manage Multiweek lesson program to include registration, guest and staff communication, coordination with school programs, coordinating bus/transportation, staff scheduling, staff hiring Create and update lesson products in Siriusware and Inntopia Work with Multiweek Supervisor to coordinate multiweek lesson area operations Observe lessons on hill to ensure quality service is provided and report training needs back to training staff Act as part of Snowsports leadership team to develop and implement employee engagement program, service standards, product development/review, and budgeting Provide mid-season and end of season performance reviews of Multiweek staff in conjunction with Multiweek supervisor team Other duties as assigned This job description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities and is not intended to be an inclusive list of job tasks and expectations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Five years plus experience in Snowsports operations preferred Must have experience in Office products.
Experience with Siriusware and Inntopia a plus Prefer Level 3 PSIA or AASI with a strong training background, minimum level 2 Exceptional customer service and communication skills at all levels Leadership skills with the ability to assess, motivate and train staff To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
